First things first, we want to get an idea of who you are and what you are trying to do. What things do you require, what is your budget and the van size you are looking to have converted. From there we can discuss layout possibilities and components that fit your unique scenario and our capabilities.
Once we know what you are looking for and what is needed to cover your capabilities, we can get you a rough estimate. If you decide you would like to work with us, the next step is to commit to the process! We will collect a $5,000.00 deposit to hold your dedicated window in our build line up. Your deposit allows us to begin preparing for your build, as well as assure us your commitment so we can turn down projects in the same time slot. After we receive your deposit, we will begin narrowing in on your layout design and features for the build. Once finalized we will create our contract stating a estimated timeline for completion, layout, features and final pricing including any changes up to this point.
2 weeks before drop off we will collect 50% of the remaining balance due. After this will be the big drop off date! Once the van is at our facility, we will briefly run through what you can expect of the process and assure you it will be in great hands at our shop. The remaining balance wont be collected until 1 week prior to your completed conversion. We will send photos and updates to you throughout the build showing our progress. Keeping you in the loop along the way. All of our work is custom, due to this our deadlines are estimated and narrowed in on as the build progresses.

When you come to pick up your home on wheels, we will give you a tour of the vehicle and the components we have added. Once you feel confident in the overall workings of the van, we will wish you the best on your new journey! We hope to hear back from you!
